The Engineering Talent Video gives a brief overview but in simple terms the system is designed to:

• Connect an oversupply of applicants to SMEs / Supply Chain
• Allow Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to support unsuccessful but capable, interested candidates into other sector opportunities easily
• Allow SMEs to access full recruitment support or work with an FE provider
• Give candidates the opportunity to access online learning / sector content if sector wishes to support it
